1 Big Tip to Lose Weight, Burn Fat, and Get Into Shape With an Awesome Nutrition and Diet Plan

I am a certified personal trainer through the ISSA (International Sports Science Association) and, up until a few weeks ago, I found myself packing on a lot more weight than I was happy with. My problem, like most of us, wasn’t that I didn’t know what was good for me, but that I was too lazy or too busy to sit down and design a meal plan, find the foods I needed to eat let alone buy them, and constantly adjust my meal plan so that I had some variety without taking in too many calories. And so, like many of us in our busy lives, I resorted to the grab-the-closest-edible-junk-food-item-when-I-am-hungry-technique.

I became so desperate, I began looking online for help (gasp!). The funny but good thing is… I found it haha. The ISSA has studied and proven and taught me the most efficient dieting technique called “Zig-Zagging”. This is where you simply lower and raise your calories (zig-zag) in a 2-steps-lower-1-step-higher pattern until your calorie intake is right where you want it. This technique is effective because it doesn’t shock your system with a sudden drop in calorie intake, which causes your body to store MORE fat from the foods you eat and reduces your energy because your body is storing what it can instead of burning it.

The only diet program that I have seen on the market that not only utilizes this technique, it masters it AND produces the food for you. So no more, “Should I get the one with 2g fat or with 4g fat?!”. Get this: it’s all delicious (shock and awe!). I’m ready for the summer weather now, and, if you’re not and you want something simple and not time-consuming that works better than any diet out there, my tip is to at least try a meal plan through Weight Watchers.
