What sports can I play after ACL surgery?

I had my ACL reconstructed with a hamstring graft and I have about 5 months before I’ll be cleared for contact sports (I wrestle, play hockey and ultimate frisbee). I want to know what I could do with minimal use of my knee…I’ve been looking into water polo and such, but that requires a membership to a different pool. I have a huge desire to compete, so I want something for the summer while I rehab and recover.

    That’s a great question . . . for your doctor ;)

    There’s always competitive synchronized swimming.
